Please fill out the following completely. We do have a limited number of spaces in the camp (eight!) and applications will be accepted until the camp is full. All campers will be notified by June 7, 2024 if accepted. At that time, we will request additional information, including a short health history, dietary or allergy needs and any emergency medications your child may need such as Epi-pens, inhalers, etc. Please complete a separate application for each additional child or sibling.

If accepted, payment will be due in full by July 1, 2024. We do have limited scholarship dollars available and ask families to only apply if their child would not otherwise be able to attend. Campers must be between the ages of 8 and 13 at the time of camp. We are planning the camp based on skills, social needs, abilities of children in this age range.
