Sound Bath with Maria Voorhees-Reincke

A Sound Bath is a gentle, relaxing & meditative experience that allows the sound waves, vibrations & frequencies to wash over you bringing you into a deep state of rest, relaxation & rejuvenation.
What to expect:
We will start with a short guided grounding meditation & set our intention for our time together.
I will then start by drumming over everyone allowing you to feel the beautiful vibrations from my drum.
I will then play a variety of my instruments from my Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, rainstick, ocean drum, chimes & Tingsha.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, pillow, blanket & water, we will be spending our time on the floor so bring whatever else you may need to be comfy. Using a bolster or rolled up towel or blanket behind your knees can help balance your lower back.
Chairs are available upon request if you unable to be on the floor.
No experience needed, just come with an open mind & be ready to experience the mesmerizing magic of a Sound Bath.
