DESCRIPTION:Join us in welcoming Kevin Ewing to Crossings! If you have ever wanted to try wood carving\, now is your chance. Kevin is a retired teacher\, whose passions include detailed wood carving\, building custom furniture\, millwork\, antique restoration and even a bird house or two. Registration includes everything you need to try wood carving and take your ideas into form. We’ll be working with beech wood\, which is a softer wood and great for learning. All supplies are included in your class fee: a set of beginning carving tools\, a table top jig to brace your project\, block of beech wood. Bring your ideas and inspirations and let’s get started!
